Biography
Rachael is a doctoral candidate in criminology. She received a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a master's in criminal justice, both from the University of Cincinnati. After graduating, she would like to create, implement and evaluate sexual violence prevention programming with a focus on youth or in communities. Rachael is passionate about translating research and data for different non-academic audiences, making it accessible by focusing on both clarity and design. In her role as a research assistant at the Center for Drug and Health Studies, Rachael has gained experience with all phases of the research process and has used both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
