Introducing Our Newest Team Members

Stephanie Lambert is the new Administrative Assistant in the Sociology and Criminal Justice department. She is new to the University of Delaware and brings over twenty-five years of Servant leadership and professional experience to her role. She has served in roles at MBNA America Bank, N.A., Christiana Care Health Systems, and the State of Delaware. She received her education at Tower Hill School and the University of Virginia.

She is looking forward to returning to the classroom soon to complete studies in the field of Sociology after having taken a long pause to walk in her journey of Motherhood. Stephanie loves to spend quality family time with her husband and two young adult children; and, to praise dance. In addition, she is an avid sports enthusiast who also loves to explore the arts and various cultural activities.

She’s excited for her new journey at the University of Delaware and is looking forward to becoming a positive change agent within the department and the institution.

​Kate Holden is the new Communications Specialist. She is a recent UD graduate with a BA in Media Communication. As a student, she was Webmaster for the School of Nursing and managed websites for several other organizations. She has also been responsible for communication in the Office of the Lt. Governor, the Delaware Medical Reserve Corps, Beasley Media Group, Housing Alliance Delaware, and the College of Engineering. Kate has experience creating and promoting numerous forms of media from videos to newsletters. In her spare time Kate does theatre and is a dance teacher and choreographer.
