Lynette K. Lee is the new business administrator of Sociology and Criminal Justice Department. She is new to the University of Delaware, but not higher education. Over the last nine years Lynette has worked in Delaware State University's Sponsored Programs central office and most recently as the Compliance Officer.
In May 2019 Lynette completed a certification in grants award management. She is also a proud graduate of Delaware State University where she received a bachelor's business management, and Wilmington University receiving a master's in secondary education.
Lynette's favorite quote and also the mantra for her life " I am today what yesterday has made me. Tomorrow I shall be changed by today's experiences." Lynette is passionate about traveling and raising her two children. She is excited about the opportunity to work in the Sociology and Criminal Justice department, and looks forward to helping make this the department the best at University of Delaware.
Sarah Molaski - Administrative Assistant II

Sarah Molaski is the new Administrative Assistant in the Sociology and Criminal Justice department. She brings over thirteen years' experience as an administrative professional and is no stranger to Criminal Justice. Her previous role was Administrative Specialist at the Delaware Department of Justice where she assisted Deputy Attorney's General in the Juvenile Delinquency and Truancy Unit. She received a Legal Assistant diploma from Dawn Career Institute in 2006.
She's looking forward to completing her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Domestic Violence Prevention and Services. Sarah loves to spend time with her husband and two dogs, Toby and Odin. She is an avid reader and loves watching criminal documentaries.
She's excited for her new journey at the University of Delaware and is looking forward to meeting new people!
