Keynote Speakers at Conference

Sociology and Criminal Justice Professor Christine Visher was a Keynote Speaker for the Applied Research in Crime and Justice Conference in Brisbane, Australia earlier this month. Her talk was entitled “Prisoner Reentry Twenty Years Later: The State of Practice, Research, and Policy”. Dr. Visher researches criminal careers, prisoner reentry, substance abuse, communities and crime, health and justice, and implementation science here at the University.
